About My Class
This early morning class is a great way to start your day and set the tone. The practice includes mindful breathing, Hatha Yoga postures connected with gentle and nourishing flow, and final guided relaxation. It focuses on opening the body and mind for the day ahead. We start gently on the floor and gradually progress into more energising postures to leave you feeling energised, yet relaxed. This class is open to all levels, as modifications and using props are always available.
