About My Class
Dynamic Hatha flow is inspired by Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is a creative flow of Asanas connected with mindful breathing, focusing on correct alignment to prevent injuries and working on your balance, strength and flexibility. With pranayama and guided final relaxation. This class is suited for students who already have some experience with Yoga. Great for releasing stress and anxiety.
