A class with me means ....
... a time to arrive, to take a pause from the day, from outside.
... to take aware of oneself, gently, through ones breathing, some pranayamas (technique of breaths), some asanas (postures) and some relaxation.
... gently to float into ones body through gentle movements and soft breathing
... exploring any sensations and feeling into ones practice
