Our Pilates Classes

Pilates is a mind-body exercise method based on the principles established by Joseph Pilates, and in the past 10 years the method has successfully entered the fitness mainstream. Pilates strengthens all the muscle groups, but in particular targets the deep postural core muscles which are so important to our posture and overall health and well being.
