About My Class
In my yoga classes, it's all about you and your needs. We are all different and have different bodies and requests. Whether you can touch your toes or not, my classes are for you. With influence from many different yoga styles, I tailor my classes so everyone can participate. My classes focus on creating a balance between strength and flexibility while keeping the mind quiet as we move through the poses. I teach with clear instructions and offer adjustments throughout the class. I'm certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre-and Postnatal and Yin yoga, and I have a lifetime experience practising yoga. I practise yoga to stay fit and healthy, but yoga has also carried me through my pregnancies and helped me recover from injuries and from childbirth. Yoga is a great way to explore the body and mind, and I constantly strive to develop my knowledge of yoga as well as my own practice so I can give you the best experience of yoga.
