Precisely as described. This yoga class is slow enough to allow you time to listen and intuitively move to your breath and your bodies needs. Enjoy the space and stillness that a slower practice brings, whilst very much strengthening and stretching the body and mind. This class is suitable to beginners due to its slow pace, but also very suitable to more experienced yogis as you will have the opportunity for longer holds as well as a variety of options for more challenging versions of poses. This class will be taught by Naomi and Justine who are both passionate about helping clients meet their own individual needs and paths within yoga. Expect to leave feeling lighter, stronger and with a clearer state of mind.
