I've been teaching power plates since 2011, I enjoy creating classes that are fun whilst still being challenging and effective. I welcome everyone into my classes to work to their level of ability and I am very lucky to have a wonderful client base at Essence, some of which I have been teaching for many years.
I have been teaching pilates since June 2015. Pilates is a fantastic way to strengthen and tone your body and relax the mind. The aim for each of my classes is for my clients to feel as though they have gained something from them physically and mentally, happy clients = happy me!
